Refund and Replacement Policy

Section 1: If you received a damaged product

  1. If your order arrived damaged, please
    • file a claim with the post office;
    • take photos of the damaged product;
    • and email us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Once we receive your inquiry regarding the damaged product, we will ask for photos of your grow kit in the box that includes
    • the tracking ID numbers for documentation purposes
    • and receipt of the claim filed with the post office.
  3. A replacement will be processed within 7 business days. We will charge you a minimal shipping fee amount.

Section 2: If you received the wrong product

  1. If we shipped you the wrong product, we will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase.
    • Please email within 48 hours of receiving your order for a replacement or refund.
    • We will ask for photos of your grow kit for documentation purposes.
  2. If you wish to get a replacement instead, it will be processed within 7 business days.

Section 3: If your grow kit didn’t work

  1. If all of your grow bags aren't showing any signs of growth within 30-45 days after following the standard growing process,
    • we will send you a replacement
    • or process a full refund.
  2. Please note that we can only send you a replacement or process a full refund if all three bags didn’t work.
    • If at least one grow bag showed any sign of mycelium growth, at any stage of your growing process, we cannot process any refund.
  3. To process your refund or replacement, we will ask for
    • photos of the grow bags 
      • We will ask you to write the date on a piece of paper to prove that the photos were taken on that day.
    • and agar plate as proof that your grow kit didn’t work.

  4. Our team experts will check if you need new grow bags or 1 new spore syringe.
  5. Please give us 2-4 business days to process your request.
  6. You will be charged a shipping fee and handling fee for the replacement grow bags before we can process your replacement.

Section 4: If you wish to cancel your order

  1. If you ordered the wrong item or simply changed your mind,
    • please contact our customer support within 12 hours and we will process your refund right away.
    • If it’s more than 12 hours, we will not refund you for your purchase.
  2. If your product has already shipped, then you can simply refuse the delivery once it arrives and we will process the refund once the product arrives back at our warehouse.
    • Please note that we will deduct the shipping fee and your refund is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Section 5: If your parcel got stolen

  1. Please contact our customer support within 12 hours and provide us with a copy of the police report.
  2. We will ship you a new grow kit. We will charge you a minimal shipping fee amount.
