Why we ship grow bags separately

We know that it can be confusing to receive your grow bags but not your syringe. We want to help you understand why this happens and how we are keeping you safe.

Our grow bags are meant to grow legal culinary mushrooms only. However, whatever you choose to do with them is none of our business and we respect your privacy.

Legality of buying grow bags and psilocybin mushroom spores

It's important to know that grow bags and psilocybin mushroom spores are legal to buy separately. The spores themselves do not contain psilocybin, so they can be legally purchased for the purpose of studying them under a microscope. However, shipping them together can raise suspicions and may appear like an attempt to grow psilocybin, which is a federally banned substance.

Why we don't ship grow bags and mushroom spore syringes together

To avoid any potential legal issues and keep our customers safe, we only ship the grow bags to you. You can then purchase the syringe from a separate company. This ensures that we have no knowledge of what mushrooms you will be growing and protects both you and our company from any legal consequences.

It's important to note that selling the grow bags and syringe together would be illegal and could result in our company being arrested for conspiracy to commit a crime. It would also prevent us from accepting online payments, making it difficult for us to continue operating as a business.

Delivery time and storage recommendations

If you have already ordered your syringe, please be aware that it may take up to 3 weeks to arrive depending on your location. If you are ordering outside the U.S., it can take longer to arrive since your order still has to be cleared by Customs.

While you're waiting for your syringe to arrive, we recommend storing your grow bags in a cold dark area to preserve their freshness.
