Important Guidelines for Replacement Inquiry Approval: Avoid Mentioning "Magic"

To ensure a hassle-free replacement experience, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

  1. Avoid mentioning illegal mushroom strains: Please do not mention "magic mushrooms" or any specific psychoactive mushroom strain if you are attempting to grow them in our email conversation. Our Customer Support Team reserves the right to discontinue the email conversation and may not honor any further inquiries from you.
  2. Non-approval of replacement inquiries: We take the cultivation of illegal substances very seriously and do not condone any related activities. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse replacement inquiries that involve the cultivation of illegal substances.

"When is it allowed to mention 'magic'?"

You may only mention "magic mushroom" or any specific psychoactive mushroom strain if your inquiry is related to the microscopy use of the mushroom spore syringe. This means that you are studying the mushroom spores under a microscope without the intention of growing or germinating them.

Please note that magic mushroom spores do not contain the illegal substances psilocybin and psilocin. These substances are only produced when the spores are germinated in a growing medium such as a grain jar, a CVG grow bag, or an agar plate.

We hope these guidelines and FAQs have been helpful! If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Support Team.
